Global utilities have approx. 1 billion pounds of uncovered uranium requirements to 2035 and are increasingly focused on securing uranium supply from Western facing jurisdictions.

Uranium supply is constrained by under-investment, concentration in a few jurisdictions and geopolitical risk – making stable, rules-based producers like Namibia increasingly attractive to utilities, financiers and strategic investors.

Skeleton Coast Uranium has option agreements to acquire controlling interests in five uranium exploration licences (EPLs) totalling 610 km2 in the Erongo Region of Namibia which produces ~10% of the world's mined uranium output and is a major supplier to global power utilities.
